Megaport wanted to celebrate its top-performing employees through the Chairman’s Club Awards, an internal recognition event held in Hawaii. As the first in-person award ceremony since COVID, the company sought to create an unforgettable experience that honored employee achievements while reigniting team spirit and connection after years of remote engagement.
Goal:
Design a complete event identity that captured the energy, prestige, and celebration of the occasion. The goal was to create a cohesive visual brand that extended across all touchpoints—from digital invites and on-site signage to stage design and award presentation—culminating in a memorable, high-quality experience for attendees.

Pun led the creative direction and event branding for the Chairman’s Club Awards, developing a vibrant visual identity that set the tone for the entire celebration. From bespoke event graphics and on-site environmental design to a custom-crafted award presented to each winner, every detail reflected Megaport’s culture of excellence and appreciation.
