Objective:
Americon Restoration, a 100-year-old, fourth-generation family company serving Northeast Ohio, needed to modernize its brand and internal operations. Despite its strong reputation and legacy, the company’s digital presence, messaging, and workflows didn’t reflect its professionalism or scale.
Goal:
Refresh the brand to honor Americon’s heritage while positioning it for future growth. The goal was to create consistency across all touchpoints—refining messaging, redesigning the website, improving client communication, and streamlining internal processes to better connect office and field operations.
Result:
Pun led a complete rebrand, messaging repositioning, and website redesign that unified Americon’s story and elevated its digital presence. I restructured all client-facing content and refined the brand presentation from pitch decks to field materials. Internally, I streamlined operations by researching and implementing new SaaS tools to better handle inbound and outbound communications, improving response times and coordination across teams. Through company-wide workshops and leadership collaboration, we established a new mission, vision, and values that now guide every interaction. The result is a stronger, more efficient brand system that honors Americon’s century-long legacy while equipping it for the next 100 years.
